Hi,
I am Lovely Malhotra. I am a Sociopreneur who champions for social causes (charity) such as Food for Cause, Breast Cancer awareness and founder of UMEED (A ray of hope) working for the empowerment and upliftment of women in underprivileged sections of society. Health, hygiene, and education being the main focus.
In the past I have worked in the corporate world and have been a serial entrepreneur.
I met Rishi few years back and started attending his classes in one of the Communities. His way of teaching was so interesting, that it felt that he was one amongst us and not a preachy guru. His teachings were connected to the modern world with a touch of humor.
I always felt like a school girl looking forward to his classes. My take on this with Rishi was that everything he explained and taught was easy to relate to our day to day life and made the teachings of Vedanta very simple. These are the few teachings which were life changing for me.
Attachment: Get attached to the higher and lower gets automatically detached. We have got to evolve. Life is nothing but a flow of expressions and you have got to make your experiences good in life.
These experiences are fleeting they will come and go. Even this shall pass. Nothing in the world is permanent. What is permanent is the eternal bliss – SATCHITANANDA and I am one with that HIGHER Consciousness TATVAMASI.
Everything in this world is a pair of opposites and always changing. Somethings cannot be changed. Accept the change with dignity. We have to train our mind and regulate our likes and dislikes and make sure they are in line with our duties. We are beyond these pairs of opposites. See good in everything that happens and our potential becomes infinite.
We should not dwell in the past. Live in present and not stress about future.
I strongly recommend that this beautiful knowledge should be shared with growing-up children in schools & universities, and it should be introduced in the curriculum as it will enhance them to be practical and be great citizens of their beautiful world. I missed this in my growing up years.
If you get an opportunity – I am addressing all age groups – don’t miss a chance to attend Rishi’s classes. He is an extraordinary, passionate and selfless person who is ever ready to impart this beautiful knowledge and wisdom with us and guiding us to live life with dignity.
VEDANTA – A WAY OF LIFE, which shows us how to learn and orient ourselves around –Â to deal with day to day life, with your family, peers, colleagues , friends and people you associate with.
Thank you Rishi for guiding me and showing me the right path.
